My family especially my daughter loves the private hot spring inside our room very much. The room is spacious and cozy. The food is delicious and authentic. The staff are very friendly. Overall a highly recommended ryokan.

Top notch service. When we arrived, they greeted us with freshly made green tea, then carefully explained everything to us (even how to wear a yukata). The pamphlet in English is also very useful. We had excellent kaiseki dinner and breakfast for 2 days.
