This is a good hotel that served all our needs adequately. The room is large and comfortable. The onsen is wonderful esp the outdoor one. it was a 5 minute walk to the Echigo Yuzawa station and that made it very convenient for food. Breakfast is passable

“不親切”
ビジネスで利用しました。仕事が遅くなり道中の運転も疲れてチェックインが２１時すぎてました。温泉入ってゆっくりと思ってましたが、和室の布団がまさかのセルフ。予約時に布団はセルフとわかるようにしてほしかったです。この値段とあってない。ただただ高いだけ。満足なんかするはずもない。

“夕食サービス改善求む”
２度目の利用ですが夕食、今回も大変美味しくいただきました。食べ放題の魔力に負けて全６０種類バイキング！を売りにするような所もちょくちょく利用しますがここに泊まるとやっぱり、もうバイキングは卒業しようよーと再認識させられます。一点だけ改善要望があります。お盆という事で大変混み合っているのはわかりますが、美味しそうな料理を目の前に最初のドリンクが出てくるのに１０分近く待たされました。ビール１杯とグレープフルーツジュース２杯をサーブするのに１０分はあまりにも長すぎます。あと、準々の料理が給仕されるタイミングもいちいち悪く（遅く）せっかくの料理の美味しさが３割ぐらい割り引かれてしまいました。ホールの方は全員一生懸命キビキビと動き回っていましたがそれでもこの結果というのは単純に人数不足かそれともサービスシステムに問題があるとしか思えません。是非前向きに検討して欲しいです。

夕食がとても美味しかった。量も一品ずつはあまり多くはないけれどおなかいっぱいになりました。部屋は普通ですが布団はフカフカでよかったです。

“かけ流しの風呂が良い”
風呂がかけ流しで、いつ行っても空いていて適温で素晴らしかった。フロントの所に無料のお茶やコーヒーがあって良い。ただ夕飯の味は良かったが量が少なかった。
