I am a repeat guest. The hotel is satisfactory in every way, but I wish there was a café where we could have a "light meal" at any time of the day, since lunch and dinner times are fixed.... The staff was pleasant and helpful and I would use the hotel again.

Nice clean hotel and spacious room. Very helpful staff, especially Miyabi and Jung helping out with ski rental, onsen booking and any help needed in English. Hadn't snowed much but enough for first time skiiers like us. Slopes right next to the hotel!

This hotel is very pleasant with modern, spacious installations and outstanding service. The public hotspring baths are spacious and very pleasant to use with all kinds of amenities and massage services available. There is a free pick-up service provided

３月中旬に７歳の子供を連れて初めてのスキー旅行で１泊しました。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後もクロークで荷物を預けスキーを楽しめましたし、チェックアウト日にスキー後大浴場で温まることができたのが嬉しかったです。 車で到着時に出迎えてくださったスタッフをはじめ、朝食夕食会場のみなさんとても印象が良く２日間気持ちよく過ごせました。来年もスキー旅行はここだね、と家族で意見が一致しました。

“Attentive and courteous”
We had a pleasant experience. You have been very attentive to our frequent changes and cancellations since we made our reservations. Although there are some rules and regulations for accommodation sites, we appreciate that you were able to fulfill our wishes. We will definitely use you again next time.
