Located in the center of Yuzawa hot spring resort town, this inn has good access to public transportation - a 2-minute walk to the railroad station, and a 5-minute drive to the Kan-etsu Expressway Yuzawa IC. The wooden open-air bathtubs made of Japanese cypress are very popular and the water comes from an abundantly flowing, naturally occurring hot spring.

The staff very polite and friendly. room is nice for 5 of us, all toiletries provided incl facial wash & moisturizer. Dinner and breakfast are delicious too, very filling.

“Near station, happy to eat at night.”
I am glad that the hotel is near a station and can accommodate late check-ins. The rice balls for the evening meal were very tasty, and as one would expect from a rice-producing region. I was glad that beer was included.
