This hilltop hot spring resort affords guests a splendid panoramic view of the Yuzawa area and its many hot springs. It's very close to Gala ski resort: convenient. The staff are very helpful and nice. I like their traditional Zen design in every corner of the hotel, which made me feel much relaxed especially after skiing. I like the outdoor onsen also. The Jap cuisines

飯店人員英文非常不好、態度也非常不好、早上鋪床時敲門後也沒等我們開門就直接用門卡進來，也不管小孩還躺在床墊就硬是直接收床墊也沒說不好意思。10點退房時間到，我們已經再加速整理，他們10點2分直接進來整理，離開時還態度很不好的跟我們說時間已經到了請你們快點退房。結果我們在大廳等待時，10:45分有一對日本老夫妻這時候才辦理退房，櫃檯態度還非常好。明顯的差別待遇 有接駁車但這個訂房網站並沒有說明清楚只說走路20分鐘計程車5分鐘

旅館很潔淨，房間有點少。服務員態度很好，能用英語溝通。客室內展望風呂很好，泡風呂時能賞月，又可欣賞湯沢市全景和新幹缐列車經過。 房價包早晚餐，早餐份量有點少。餐用食材也有點普通。 旅館在有名的高半旅館旁邊，在小山丘上，感覺到川端康成小說裡描述的意境。雖然旅館離越後湯沢車站有點遠，步行距離約20分鐘，但旅館有專車接送，也很方便。旅館也有乒乓球桌可借用。飯後可做做運動。 到達時是中秋節前後，商店街大部分商店都關門了。

非常喜歡這間溫泉旅館,我們住的是大的洋和式房間有一間很大的榻榻米房和一間兩個單人床(有床架)的房間,另外有兩個小玄關,洗漱間,浴室有浴缸和蓮蓬頭沖澡,還有單獨一間小廁所有免治馬桶座.費用比較高不過其實這間應該可以住到6個人.早晚餐都是傳統日式很用心可惜我們不敢吃生魚片.大浴場一定要去泡露天的!! 旅館服務非常好,雖然離溫泉大街有點距離不過接送都很用心有禮貌.非常推薦!!

everything is just excellent! Good location and with shuttle bus transfer; near to Gala; excellent services and helpful staffs; food are delicious; hot spring and room are very very clean and comfortable. Perfect!!!! I'd highly recommend this hotel!!!!
