We thoroughly enjoyed the hot springs. The food was good and adequate for the price. All the staff were very helpful and we will be back.

Ideal place to stay to enjoy onsen/ski experience. Our party was a group of 10, staying for 3 nights. The staff were helpful and attentive despite us not speaking Japanese. The meals provided were plentiful - breakfast had a number of dishes available and

10mins walk from echigo yuzawa station and another 5-10mins to yuzawa kogen. directly across the street from snow resort shuttle bus stop with buses running between naspa, yuzawa kogen and gala yuzawa . the hotel also runs a shuttle bus to echigo yuzawa
