“対応が良かった”
チェックインした際に陰性証明書を忘れたのを伝えると近くの薬局で検査が受けられると教えていただき全国旅行支援の対象になりました。対応して下さった男性従業員の方ありがとうございました。大浴場の湯加減もよくてカラダはポカポカ。ただ夕食の量が少なかったのが残念です。朝食は満足です。

“素晴らしい宿でした！”
コロナ禍で迷いながら伺った旅行でしたが、良い宿に泊まることができ楽しい旅行になりました。お部屋の露天風呂は広いウッドデッキで、岩造りの湯船は家族で入れる大きさで、大変良いお風呂でした。お食事は品数も多く、前菜や煮物どれも大変美味しくお腹いっぱいいただきました。肉食の我が家としては、特にメインのローストビーフが、味変のソースも絶妙で感動の美味しさでした！フォアグラ大根も美味しかったです。卓球場は会議室に１台のみ、マスクを外して楽しめました。夜は無料貸し出しのボードゲームで親子で遊びました。従業員の皆さんも礼儀正しく気持ち良い接客でした。コロナ対策もきちんとされていて、安心して楽しむことができました。マスクを外して、両親も一緒に伺えるようになったら、是非また利用したいと思います。

“ゆっくり出来ました”
久しぶりの旅館での宿泊でしたが、大満足でした。貸切露天風呂も良かったし、食事の方も美味しかったです。朝食では一人ひとりのメニューを選ぶことができ美味しく頂きました。ちょっとした希望ですが、浴衣が苦手なので、他の種類が選択できると助かります。

“初めての湯河原温泉”
費用対効果としては概ね満足の行く旅館でした。客室で接客していただいた従業員の方は、皆さん若い方でしたが、男女共に丁寧で、とても気持ちが良かったです。強いて言えば、車まで出迎えて頂いた男性は、少し靴が傷んでいたような気がします。身だしなみは足元からといいます。決して高い靴を履く必要はありませんが、しっかりと磨いた足元が好印象を与えると思います。また、玄関の外ににティッシュペーパーらしきものが落ちていました。玄関は初めに見る場所なので、常に気を配っていると良いと思います。そして、貸切風呂を利用したのですが、浴槽の温度が３９度で少しぬるく感じました。お世話になりました。
