This ryokan features shared open-air baths and ensuite open-air baths that gaze out at the mountains and natural beauty of the area. The building offers a variety of facilities, such as a sky lounge and a spa. The meals at Sansuiro consist of traditional kaiseki courses, and the ryokan specializes in dishes containing a form of tofu called yuba. Located in Yugawara with convenient access to Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, this ryokan also offers great access for sightseeing. This hotel accepts UnionPay credit cards for payment-on-arrival reservations and purchases made at the hotel.
In the 2012 Michelin Guide for Tokyo, Yokohama and Shonan, this ryokan received high marks of four red pavilions, indicating its top-class accommodations.

“Good for relaxing”
Booked a room upgrade in exchange for a late check-in and early check-out (which was the only room available...). The room was spacious. The room was spacious, with a view of greenery by the window and a quiet, calm atmosphere that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The overall atmosphere was not new, but on the contrary, the quaintness of the hotel was fresh and good. The actual room was better than the pictures I saw on the Rurubu website. There is nothing around, so I think it is suitable for a quiet and relaxing stay. The bath water was very hot, so I thought it would have been better if it was a little warmer. I could have spent longer in the open-air bath. Also, yukata? Jimbei? I found it difficult to understand the size of the yukata or jinbei. I think it would be more helpful for elderly people if they could easily find out if they were a medium or a large. Other than that, the overall experience was good.
