    Acceptable”

    One of the lousiest Ryokan I have ever stayed. Suppose to be a Michelin Recommended Ryokan but everything fails me. I was not greeted when I reach the Ryokan. Staff only help with 1 luggage, other I carry myself. Room is big (mine is Soseki Suite) but old

    This is a very beautiful onsen ryokan with extremely friendly staff. The view, the room, the onsens, the service, and the food are all excellent and the staff paid attention to every minute detail to ensure you had an unforgettable experience. Very good va

    Exceptional”

    We loved our stay at Hakuunso! We had a room overlooking greenery and a river, and our own private onsen. Service was spectacular and the food was excellent. It was the highlight of our trip! I would highly recommend Hakuunso .

    豪華な夕食”

    　お値段の割には最上級のお食事でした。今まで　いろいろ行ってますが、この食事の場合　お値段もはるはず　と思いました。 一人あたり１万は　お得な感じでした。 　湯河原温泉の時は　また　来ようと家族と話しながら　宿を後にしました。 穴場旅館かも。

    金額のみの宿”

    ロビーで１０分から１５分ほど待たされた後客室に通されました。大浴場はビジネスホテルにありそうな大浴場でした。夏場ではなかなか厳しい４３度ほどのお湯です。その後夕食となり真鶴懐石を堪能しました。客室へ戻り部屋の露天へ。こちらはなかなか風情があり良かったです。部屋にはお茶とお水、富士山サイダーが無料で入っていました。この宿には自動販売機が無いのです。フロントで飲み物を頼もうとしましたが２２時で終了。諦めました。朝食時従業員の方かメインのアゴ鯛の干物を目の前で器からテーブルに落とすという粗相がありましたが…新しいのお持ちしますと言って１分しないうちに新しいのが出てきたところを見ると恐らく落としたものをそのまま持ってきたのかと思われます。その真鶴懐石がプラス８０００円で７０００円ほどのワインとビールを飲みましたがこれで１０００００円超えました…
