“Payment”
I was told by the ryokan that credit cards were not accepted depending on the service, and having no cash on hand, I used my phone on the spot to complete the transfer procedure, but there was no information from Rurubu about paying only in cash, which was disappointing. I was shocked that I could not depart comfortably.

This roykan is not the top of the pile in terms of luxury just to be clear, but it's a really authentic experience of Japan. The staff are ready when you arrive, and help with anything. They are really friendly, and so helpful. English is also good, better

Beautiful old-style Japanese room with river out the back where we sat in our private onsen - very tranquil Staff excellent - gave us a gift on departure Long distance from train but worth it for a relaxing experience.
