    Exceptional”

    Just spent three absolutely amazing days at Fukiya. The service is impeccable, and we are out of words to adequately describe the stunning cuisine. We will always remember the beauty and the tranquility of the outdoor bath!

    This is my first stay at an onsen and I am glad I chose the Fukiya. The room and service and food was really good and was worth the money I paid for it. And my lack of Japanese was no problem.

    のんびり過ごせました”

    初めての宿泊でしたが、至れり尽くせりの宿でのんびり過ごせました。風が強かったので露天風呂に入っても寒くてなかなか出られませんでしたけど、季節を変えて今度は孫たちも連れて訪れたいと思います。本当に良い宿でした。 お世話になりました。

    気になって”

    なかなか都合と合わなくやっと予約取れました　湯河原に来ていた帰りに、ふきや旅館を見つけお見送り姿に、おもてなし感を懐かしく感じました　いつかきてみたいと現実になりました。サービスと言うより旅館のおもてなしで十分満足感ですお天気、眺めとお風呂も全て最高でした　また大女将の元気な姿に自分も元気を頂きました　　また近いうちに伺えたらと思っています

    すばらしかったです”

    ７０代、４０代、１５歳のアメリカ育ちの娘の母娘３代で宿泊しました。母は足が悪いので、前もってお願いしておいたところ、部屋にテーブルを入れてくださり、また、布団もベッドのような高さで敷いていただき、とても快適に過ごすことができました。大浴場には二の足を踏んでいた娘も、露天風呂３つと内風呂、岩盤浴と５つのお風呂を経験できて大満足でした。食事はしゃぶしゃぶコースを選んだのですが、一人だけ海の幸に変更していただき、朝は朝でまた一人だけ洋食を用意してもらい、それぞれの勝手なお願いをここまで聞いていただいたことに感謝の気持ちで一杯です。お部屋も広々としてきれいで、なおかつ水まわりなどは最新の設備で感動しました。お風呂も、どこも清潔で気持ちよく入ることができました。遠くに山を見ながら、または満天の星を見ながらの露天風呂も、格別でした。是非また訪れたいと、心の底から思いました。ありがとうございました。
