Everything about this ryokan was fantastic except that the room smelt very badly of cigarette smoke, we had to have the windows open all the time even though it was very cold outside and sprayed room freshener everytime we returned to the room. The staff

The room and food is nice. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have both private and public hot spring. The private one are very nice and good view, which the public has dust on the floor.

服務及食物都很好。還有男及女温泉各一個，另外兩個私人温泉(若上午九點至下午四點進入，要先預約。四點後至十二點不須預約，但可能要排隊)。因彩岳館與火車站和巴士站有點距離。我從巴士站行了大約十五分鐘到達，因有斜路，拉着行李箱有點吃力。彩岳館是有專車接送的，但要致電給他們才會派車來接你。

The mountain view at the guest room and the onsen was awesome. I came at autumn season, and the maple leaf at the garden was a nice surprise too. The hotel provided shuttle service, which was also a plus. Enjoyed the stay very much.
