Overall this Ryokan considered good but a bit surprised of how dirty it was at the balcony area. Plenty of onsen to try on but other tourist did not take care of it.

Very welcoming and helpful staff, always ready to make oour travel easy and nice. The place is quiet with a nice rotenburo. There is a shuttle service they provide to pick you up or drop you off Yufuin train station in 5 minutes. The meals are awesome.
