we have a very nice retreat here, the hot spring is good and there are totally 4 different rooms for your selection. The kaiseki is good and the service is also make us feel very comfortable.

Location is very convenience and the room is big enough for 3 of us (included 1 child). We will choose this hotel again. The food is very delicious and the service is very good too.

This ryokan isn't close to train station but shuttle transfer is available on request via phone call(note limited ability to communicate in English). Staff were very helpful. Food was delicious and plenty. The Japanese style room description indicates room

너무나 친절한 직원들에 감동하였습니다. 유후인 중심가에 위치해 있어 시내관광을 하는 날에는 최고입니다. 그에 비해 음식 내공은 그리 깊지는 않고, 온천은 아담합니다.
