“Exceptional”
It was a perfect staying there. We got flight delayed and arrive at the hotel later than expected. Hotel manager kindly waited for us and arrange dinner even though it was not within regular time. I would love to stay at the hotel again.

“おもてなし”
ホテルの立地が良く、湯の坪街道の真ん中の位置で、とても便利です。駅までの出迎えが可能。フロントのスタッフさんが皆んなやさしく接してくれました。リピーター向けのプレゼントもいただきました。料理もおいしかったです。露天風呂のサイズは少々小さいですが、混雑じゃない時間帯で入ったので、満足でした。また遊びに行く際に利用しようと考えてます。

時間より早く着いても、すぐに対応してくれました。　朝食時　、デザートを食べずに帰ってしまい、　お部屋まで持ってきていただきました。機会があればまた利用してみたいです。

おもてなしの優れた宿でした。未だにスタッフの方々お一人お一人お顔が浮かびます。チェックインからアウトまでどのシーンも笑顔で接客・気配りのある優しいお声掛け等々に癒されるお宿でした。お宿のアイドル亀の「りんちゃん」に覚えてもらった孫とまた伺います。この度は、お世話になりました。
