      “心と体を癒してくれました”

      コロナで２年ぶりの家族旅行でした。天気も良く、由布岳の美しさに見とれるほどでした。宿の露天風呂からも部屋からも湯布院の街並みや由布岳、それに、ななつぼしまで見ることができて本当に満足でした。特に、夕食の内容には大変満足しました。一品一品が洗練された味付けで、一品ごとに味、彩りともに完結しており、次の一品を楽しんで食べることができました。また、フリードリンクにアルコールがあるのは初めてで、久しぶりの生ビールを堪能しました。朝食のおかゆといろとりどりの小鉢も豆腐も最高でした。料理長さんをはじめ、スタッフの皆さんの丁寧な対応に感謝です。癒された２日間でした。ありがとう。

      “優雅な時を過ごすには最高の場所です”

      噂通り景色はよく、由布岳や田園を緩やかに弧を描き走る久大本線には時の流れを忘れさせられる。部屋にタオルを多目に備え付けて頂いたのは流石温泉県の配慮だと感服。食事は文句なしの１２０点。今回は妻の誕生日祝いを兼ねてお世話になったが、サプライズで記念の陶器ペアカップを戴き感激。全体的には百点満点をつけたい所だが東匠庵様の今後の更なる繁栄を期待して改善点を幾つか。 １．お願いしていた花束が無造作に置かれていたりバースデーケーキが突然出てきたり。予め打合わせをしてお願い差し上げればよかったのかもしれないが、ホスピタリティー素晴らしい中で後少し気配りがあればという場面がいくつかあった。２．到着しての茶菓子は一枚の皿でお茶もティーバックは残念。３．食後のデザートにコーヒーか紅茶は必要。注文したら翌日の清算の際に有料でビックリ。食事が素敵なだけにコーヒーの味はいま一つ。トップバリューのミルクは幻滅。

      “美味しい食事とお風呂”

      見た目も味もお食事はバッチリで、量もちょうど良かったです。 男性用のお風呂はあまり広くなく、部屋数が多くないのと各部屋に露天風呂があるので重なる事は少ないのかもしれませんが、もし３人以上で入るとなると若干窮屈かなと思います。
