一泊二日の短い利用でしたが、滞在に関しては施設は多少古く不便さは少しありますが、大きな不満はなく料理・風呂は問題なく、満足できるものでした。風呂はほぼ家族風呂の利用が滞在間自由にでき、料理は満足できる量があり、特に朝食は想像以上でした。ちょっと気になったのは建物が古いので部屋で１階の音が響くことは気になった。 スタッフの方も必要以上の堅苦しさもないが、丁寧な対応していただいた。 車でも滞在時以上の預かりをしてくれ、またロケーションも由布院駅前のメインスリートのほぼ中心地なので歩き観光には便利です。良い旅行の一助となりました。

リピーターが多いと聞きましたが本当に納得です。スタッフ様のおもてなしも大変心地よく、部屋に露天風呂付きの客室（今回７．５畳＋５畳）でしたが、２４時間４つの貸し切り温泉も楽しめます。アメニティの歯ブラシはもう少し磨きごたえのある方がいいかも。次回を期待し、ここだけ星３です。（ただ、徒歩３分圏内にコンビニあるので、物足りない場合は買い足し可能） 駅間の送迎もありますが、最寄りの由布院駅から徒歩１０分しないし、道中が御土産品店が連なってるので、行きは自分で街並みを見ながら歩いて行ってもいいかもしれません。そして、なんといってもお食事！！プランにもよるでしょうが、アジを中心にしたお造りに和牛ステーキ、そして赤鶏の鍋。全てがパーフェクトです。特に鍋は本当に美味かった！！味もそうですが、本気でお腹を空かせてもボリューム多し！５つ星飛び越えた５つ星です。クチコミが４００文字じゃ足りないくらい満足です。

部屋を無料アップグレードしていただき有難うございました。少し風邪気味で、部屋の露天風呂を使用できなかったのが心残りです。サービス・食事、由布岳の光景も大満足。 好みの問題でしょうが、私にとっては枕が柔らかくて寝ずらかったです。

館内は少々階段や段差が入り組んでいるので足元が不自由な方には辛いかもしれませんが、清潔感もあり飾られた調度品やお花も素敵で自分達は古い築りを楽しめました。 貸切風呂は広いですが立地上、景観は望めません。 豊後牛の後に地鶏鍋が続いたりと品数も量もしっかりでした。いずれも美味しかったです。 残念な点は風呂の手桶がかなり水漏れしていた事。 また由布院に行く際は是非お世話になりたいと思いました。

こじんまりした宿で、接客が行き渡っていたので落ち着いて滞在できました。夕食は量が多くて食べきれませんでしたが、とても美味しかったです。部屋のお風呂もちょうどよいサイズで気持ちよく利用できました。湯布院に行ったらまた泊まりたいお宿です。

慇勤的服務態度，房間內用餐，略懂英語的服務員全程打點晚餐和 介紹每道美味佳餚，豐後牛絕對值得再試。 私人風呂可以讓一家人共同享樂，雖然此房價錢略高，但亦值一試。 退房後服務員還幫我們二人到處拍照留念，真窩心。 湯布院眾多風呂民宿，我想這間值得推介。

服務良好，還有專人中文介紹，餐點好吃，交通位於金鱗湖與由布院車站中間，靠近B-speak蛋糕捲與可樂餅，要買什麼都很便利，環境整潔乾淨。
