“また行きたいと思える宿”
９／４．５に和室離れ露天風呂付に宿泊したものです。チェックインのお出迎えから凄く感じの良い接客でした。施設や設備のご説明などわかりやすく、どのスタッフも接客は最高でした。温泉も客室以外の露天風呂もあり、どれも異なった造りでいくつか利用しました。食事はどれも美味しく、関アジの姿造りは最高でした。サプライズでケーキのお願いも心よく受けていただき最高の想い出になりました。帰りもご担当のかたから写真の撮影をしていただき、最初から最後まで気持ちよく過ごす事ができ感謝です。また由布院に行く際は冨季の舎を利用させていただきます。本当にありがとうございました。

“初めての利用でした”
露天風呂付客室が最高でした。　部屋も広く、部屋数も多くてビックリ。また貸し切り風呂も３室、内湯もあり、温泉を満喫できました、　料理も美味で、特に刺身についていた山葵が格段に美味しかった！日本酒と合うほどに美味しかったです。また行きたいお宿の一つになりました！

“大満足でした！”
大人数の為、より広い部屋で準備しますと言っていただき、感謝しておりましたが、予想以上の部屋数と広さでみんなビックリしてました。部屋は綺麗でベッドもあり助かりました。１階・２階にトイレがあり、部屋についている露天も良かったです。内湯は小さめでしたが足湯、貸切風呂も３箇所あり、空いていれば入り放題でした。すべてお部屋から近いのもいいです。一つ残念だったのはお部屋と貸切風呂にあったドライヤーが壊れていたのか冷風しか出なかったことです。チェックイン前に確認していただきたいです。料理もおいしくて子供用も充分すぎる量でした。ただデザートのチーズムース（？）はすっぱいので子供たち向きではないかなという感じでした。普通のアイスやゼリー等のほうがいいのでは？大人でも食べれない人がいたので．．．細かいですが、この２点以外は全て大満足でした。他の部屋にも泊まってみたいのでまた行きたいです！

“ゆったりできました”
憧れの湯布院で露天風呂付客室に宿泊しました。お部屋は古いですが、温泉は最高によかったです。プライベートが保たれた静かな空間でとても癒されました。お食事も、量、質ともに満足しました。

“露天風呂付き客室に満足”
足に障害のある父親を連れての旅行だったので　親が喜んでくれるか心配でしたが　お願いする前に　旅館のスタッフの方が　客室で使う座椅子を高座椅子に変えてくれたり　お風呂で使う大きな椅子を用意していただき大変助かりました　父親もお風呂で鼻歌が出るくらいくつろげたみたいで　親子で大満足でした　毎年紅葉の時期は大分を旅行するのですが　富季の舎が常宿になりそうです。
