Located at the depths of a hot spring district with an atmosphere of old Japan, Kajikaso is a large Japanese-style inn surrounded by a tranquil river and a pond that offer seasonal views of fireflies in the summer and a beautiful snowscape in the winter.
Among the several non-circulating 100% natural hot springs, guests staying at Kajikaso all love the large communal bath with views of the Japanese garden, the open-air bath with a waterfall, and the free reservable private bath. Guests can also enjoy local dishes, including servings of Yonezawa beef, recognized as one of the three major wagyu beef brands.
A free round-trip shuttle bus service is available from Yonezawa Station.

チェックイン後の日本酒試飲コーナーや朝食後のモーニングコーヒーサービス、客室にはマッサージチェアなどサービスが充実していてのんびりできました。 ただ、温泉の脱衣場に洗面台が少ないこと、客室にも姿見がないので女性が多いグループにはちょっと不便かと思いました。 和食メインのお食事は、少しずつ綺麗に盛り付けられており目でも楽しめ、美味しく頂きました。 館内の移動はエレベーターがなく階段が急なので、高齢の方は注意してください。 駅からの送迎がなくなり不便になりました。再開して頂けたらと願います。 鄙びた旅館がお好きな方にはよいと思います。のんびりできます。

１歳３か月の娘がいましたが、お風呂も貸切風呂を準備していただき 気兼ねなく温泉を堪能させていただきました。 また、夕食の米沢牛は最高でした！

およそ３０年ぶりとなる小野川温泉でした。積雪の少ない今年に、タイミング良く前日に大雪となり、雪を見たくて山形入りした私には大変幸運でした。お風呂や食事も良かったですが、何よりも従業員の方々のおもてなしの心が伝わってきまして、私も帰宅したら、また頑張らなきゃと、軽く元気をもらいました。ありがとうございました。
