    また来年も行きます”

    お食事がとっても美味しかったです！スタッフの方は常に笑顔でしたし、気持ちの良い旅館でした。お部屋にあるお風呂に家族は喜んで、もっと長く滞在したいと思いました。お風呂でたまたま出会った静岡県からお越しの母娘旅行されてる方ともステキな時間を過ごす事が出来、白扇を選んで本当に良かったです。

    温かいおもてなし”

    担当の仲居さんはじめ、どの仲居さんも大変親切で温かいおもてなしでした。特に子供への心配りは有り難かったです。 外観の老朽化は否めませんが、館内は清潔で特に古さは感じませんでした。お部屋の露天風呂からの絶景は素晴らしかったです。食事も大変美味しく量質共に大満足です。 ただ到着・出発時ともに、男性の玄関スタッフの対応が少々気になりました。決して悪いということはありませんが、高級旅館の接客にしては少々物足りなく感じます。到着時の玄関スタッフは増員した方が駐車がスムーズではないでしょうか。またせっかくオーシャンビューのロビーがあるので、チェックインはフロントではなくそちらでできればよりよかったです。 夏は毎日目の前のビーチで花火が上がると伺ったので、次はぜひ夏におじゃましたいと思います。この度はありがとうございました。

    なんだか変！”

    以前から白扇さんは家族ともお気に入りのお宿で、日本に帰国した折近場ということもあり利用させていただいていましたが、前回５月に利用した時も感じましたがスタッフの皆さんの活気がなく、作られた笑顔のように再度感じてしまいました。

    大変よかってです”

    食事が特によかったです。 ボリュームのある美味しい食事を部屋でゆっくり食べる事が出来ました。 まあ、接客等のサービスも大満足。 ただ、食事前の露天風呂は海水浴客と重なり大混雑。おまけに廊下がジャリジャリで、館内を素足で歩くホテルなのでちょっとガッカリでした。 それ以外では大変満足出来るレベルのホテルでまた行きたいと思います。
