      “海メインの旅”

      スタッフの方は皆さん優しかったです。子どもの誕生日の旅行でしたが、ケーキでのお祝いは家でする為、事前予約しなかったにも関わらず、フルーツに小さなケーキの乗った誕生日プレートを用意して下さってました！子どもは大喜びでした。お部屋は、隅々の掃除が少し甘かったです。これは、建物が古いから仕方ないかもしれないですね。お部屋の露天風呂ですが、クモが居てビクビクしながら入りました。でも、子どもは喜んで入っていました。ベット、お布団は寝心地良かったです。お料理も美味しかったです。個人的に朝のお料理の方が好みでした。夜にマンゴーのムース？みたいなのが出たのですが２層になっていて、と説明を受けたのですが、マンゴーのみでしたが、あれはあれで正解だったのか謎のままです！笑 チェックアウトの際も、誕生日の子どもにうさぎのお饅頭のお土産を持たせてくれました。これまた大喜びしてました！！サービスが最高でした。

      “また来年も行きます”

      お食事がとっても美味しかったです！スタッフの方は常に笑顔でしたし、気持ちの良い旅館でした。お部屋にあるお風呂に家族は喜んで、もっと長く滞在したいと思いました。お風呂でたまたま出会った静岡県からお越しの母娘旅行されてる方ともステキな時間を過ごす事が出来、白扇を選んで本当に良かったです。

      “温かいおもてなし”

      担当の仲居さんはじめ、どの仲居さんも大変親切で温かいおもてなしでした。特に子供への心配りは有り難かったです。 外観の老朽化は否めませんが、館内は清潔で特に古さは感じませんでした。お部屋の露天風呂からの絶景は素晴らしかったです。食事も大変美味しく量質共に大満足です。 ただ到着・出発時ともに、男性の玄関スタッフの対応が少々気になりました。決して悪いということはありませんが、高級旅館の接客にしては少々物足りなく感じます。到着時の玄関スタッフは増員した方が駐車がスムーズではないでしょうか。またせっかくオーシャンビューのロビーがあるので、チェックインはフロントではなくそちらでできればよりよかったです。 夏は毎日目の前のビーチで花火が上がると伺ったので、次はぜひ夏におじゃましたいと思います。この度はありがとうございました。
