    Exceptional”

    Excellent service. Flexible to request. Friendly counter staff with decent English. Crab dinner & buffet breakfast (both in Japanese style) were excellent. The kids also enjoyed the stay.

    ＧＷに朝食付のプランで予約、 近くにレストランとコンビニがありとても便利 でした。 館内のお風呂で大浴場まで行くのに案内板が少なく迷いました。 あとはとても景色がよくて大浴場も良かったです。

    観光センターから送迎がありました”

    フロントのすぐのラウンジも素敵でした。朝食も美味しかったです。 温泉も良かったです。ただ、フロントで頂いた案内には利用時間が２４時までと記載されていましたが、２３：３０にはクローズされてました。お客さんが少ないこの時期なのでわかるのですが、大浴場にいる方は、完全に閉まる時間が２４時と。 フロントと会計のカウンターが別です。会計の方はサービス業の方とは思えません。フロントの方は愛想もよく気使ってくださっているのが感じられました。設備が良いホテルであり、相反する従業員が顕著にわかり、そのギャップが数日たつと面白いです。

    海の眺めは良かったが・・・”

    まず、ホテルに看板等が見当たらず場所がわかりにくい。プランは「東館　和洋室７．５畳＋洋間１１．３平米　禁煙　海側　お約束プラン」であったが、泊まった部屋は旧館？昭和の風情でかなり古い。居心地、食事を含め全体的にコスパは悪いと感じた。ベッドは狭くスプリングが老朽化しているせいか体が沈みこんでしまい寝づらかった。部屋の洗面所にペーパータオルはあるがフェイスタオルがない。洗顔後はペーパータオルで拭くのか？また、固形石鹸が置いてあったが、今どきはハンドソープにしてほしい。大浴場の排水口から排水の匂いが臭かった。夜の食事はバイキングスタイル。品数は多いがデザートにケーキ等少し甘いものも欲しい。コーヒーも欲しい。一見立派なホテルに見えたが、今のままではもう予約しないでしょう。部屋からの眺望は最高でした。
