Rooms are small and check-out time is 10 am. However, location is fantastic, being close to the JR Sakuragicho station and the bus terminals. It's also located at the entrance to Minaro Mirai , making famous sightseeing spots accessible by foot.

地理位置絕佳，櫻木町站過個馬路就到，到港未來21區也只要10分鐘，海景房保證是無敵海景，Lobby有便利商店也很方便，房間稍舊而且以日本標準來看仍偏小，但備品和棉被超級棒，價格超值到極限，退房後可以寄放行李很貼心，下次到橫濱有九成機率還會入住。

交通很方便，房間也很乾淨整齊。但房間與浴室空間頗小。冬天空調沒辦法調整到冷氣只能用暖氣，所以在房間會熱到穿短袖短褲就可以了。就背包客來說是很不錯的住宿地點。
