It was an omakase room and I expected a bit more but it was a single room. The location and staff are good, the hotel itself is old and the rooms are small, so it is adequate, but I had no problems.

息子、娘と私の３人で宿泊。 まず、ベッドを３台無理に入れたようで部屋が狭すぎる。 鍵をもらい入った部屋の冷蔵庫に使いかけの紙コップ…部屋にはヘアピン、ヘアゴムが落ちていて、シャワーヘッドには髪の毛が…ベッドメーキングのみして部屋の清掃してないところに通されフロントに連絡して部屋を交換してもらいましたが、今度の部屋は、お風呂にＧが…衝撃でした。 スタッフの方が殺虫剤持参にてお風呂で格闘してくださいましたが、結局捕獲には至らず、また部屋移動…アメニティを人数分頂きましたが、また、何か出るのでは？と気が休まることはなかったです。シャワーも浴びる気にはなれませんでした。対応頂いたスタッフの方は、何度も来てくださり、対応頂き、チェックアウトの時も申し訳なかったと言って頂きましたが、２度と泊まることはないと思います。

“Family.”
I was able to enjoy Yokohama because I was able to keep my luggage before check-in and after check-out, so I could move light. However, since the room was for 3 people, there was not enough space for us to move around because of the extra bed in the room.
