大浴場のお湯は有名なお湯を運んでいるようです。ゆっくりお湯に浸かって一日の疲れを取り除き、温泉気分を味わうことができました。枕の素材もいろいろと選べるようになっていました。湿度などを調節できるように部屋の壁の素材にもこだわっているようでした。アメニティの歯ブラシとお菓子を交換してエコ活動にも取り組んでいるのも印象が良かったです。

近所に住んでいますが、ゆっくり温泉に入りたかったので夫婦で泊まりました。 運び湯ながらよく温まる温泉です。 ハリウッドツインの部屋は窮屈感もなく、ゆとりがあってよかったです。 朝食もとても美味しくて大満足でした。 友人や知人がこの近辺に来る際には、こちらの宿をオススメしておきます。

立地は凄く便利。 部屋は狭いですが、新しいので綺麗です。大浴場もあり、アメニティもフロント横に色々揃っています。朝食は種類豊富で、とても無料だとは思えない位満足です。

無料の朝食がすばらしい。他のスーパーホテルにも泊まってみたい。 ただツインの部屋を予約したつもりが、ダブルのベットの二段ベットに なっていたのでびっくり、少しがっかり でもコスパがよく、また泊まりたい

湯河原の温泉に入ったと同じ気分の大浴場に感動しました。不満は、たった一つです。それは、ダブルベッドで２人様ルームなのに、椅子が１脚だけでした。まぁ、ベッドに座ればいいのですが。

武蔵小杉は１０何年振りに再訪したため以前のことはあまり覚えていませんでした。湘南新宿ラインにぎゅうぎゅう詰めで２０時に武蔵小杉駅に到着し、ホームからスーパーホテルの建物が隣に見え安心したのも束の間。降りた人の群れに従って北口に歩いたのですが一向に北口に着きません。５００ｍ以上歩かされて北口を降りたら高いビルばかりでスーパーホテルはありません。ホテルに着き笑顔で迎えてくれた店員に愚痴を言ってしまいました。ホテル内は新しく快適でした。

新しく出来たホテルという事で大変綺麗でした。温泉があるなんて珍しいし旅行気分が味わえました。温泉がかなりぬるかったのが残念でした。この値段であの無料朝食はかなり嬉しかったです。料理の種類も豊富で大満足でした。

“とてもきれいなんですが…。”
建物、部屋とも、とてもきれいで、大浴場があり、ロビーでコーヒーの無料サービスなどもあり、サービスはとても良いと思うのですが、部屋が狭く、雨でぬれてしまった傘を広げて干すと、通路がなくなってしまう感じなので、とても窮屈でした。寝るだけと割り切ってしまえば、価格的には満足かと思います。
