I used this hotel for the Find Your YOKOHAMA campaign. I felt it was a good traditional hotel. All four members of my family were satisfied. Conveniently located right in front of Chinatown. The breakfast room starts at 7:00 am, but there is a line in the morning. When we entered the restaurant at 7:10am, we had to wait in line for about 15 minutes with our trays inside the restaurant. But I was satisfied because the food was delicious. The shampoo in the room is a brand called L'Occitane, which gives a sense of luxury. I would like to use this hotel again.

The parking attendants were crisp, friendly and very nice. The hotel is old, but the interior has been renovated and the location is very good. I would like to use the hotel again.

The hotel is beautiful inside. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Amenities included were surprising and very pleasant. Food at the attached restaurant was good, and they were nice to seat us at the time of last order. Easy to find from train/subway

“Traditional Hotel”
This is a traditional, old-fashioned hotel. It is a building that shows its age, but the infrastructure is up-to-date: toilets made in 2022, well cleaned, and Wi-Fi is available. Each guest received a 500 yen coupon for use at the Rose Hotel store when staying at the hotel. It was a very nice gesture. It is a 3-minute walk from Motomachi and Chinatown, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the Red Brick Warehouse. It is right in front of Chinatown, so you will not have trouble finding a place to eat. The double bed in the superior twin room was not too small for my son who is a 3rd grader.
