The view was wonderful, overlooking Minato Mirai. However, the room was not clean. First of all, when I tried to put a drink in the refrigerator as soon as I arrived, I found a hair in the cabinet, which made me feel down at once. Dust, black stains in the bathtub, smell of the shower curtain, etc.... The information book (?) was in tatters. The information book (?) was so tattered that I couldn't even read it because the paint was peeling off when I touched it. It reminded me of my poor overseas trips when I was a student. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice, so I really thought it was a waste of money.

We stayed here on New Year's Eve. As soon as we entered the room, we saw a spectacular view of Yokohama from the large window! Everyone in the family shouted out unintentionally. The night view is impressive. We were able to enjoy the fireworks display at the start of the New Year from the room. We also saw the first sunrise of the year. If you stay here, I recommend the ocean side. The staff was very attentive to our needs despite their busy schedule. Thank you very much.

I travel to Yokohama to stay here. Every time, my mother, my mother's friend, and I look forward to the night view from our room on the Minatomirai side of the hotel. I like the location of the hotel because it is very close to the station and there is no shortage of dining, shopping, and leisure activities. I also love the sound of seagulls and waves playing in the hotel at certain times of the day. What surprised me this time was that the opinions I wrote in the previous questionnaire were recorded. I did not get my wish, but thank you for taking the time to consider it. I always feel comfortable whenever I visit. I will continue to use the hotel.

“We were very satisfied with our stay.”
This time, three of my friends and I used the room. We were all very impressed with the room, which was in a very good location. We enjoyed the night view and wondered how long the Ferris wheel would be illuminated at night while we chatted. Breakfast was also very good. We hope to use your hotel again. Thank you very much.
