The hotel is conveniently located beside Yokohama station. The staff is friendly and they do their best although their English is not always perfect. Rooms are very clean and tidy and supplies are refreshed daily.

横浜駅西口地下道を最後まで使うと雨の日に濡れる距離を最短にできる。今回は駐車場を使わなかったが駐車場は比較的安価。

“Location alone is an option.”
It is easily accessible from the underground shopping center and will always be an option due to its convenience in rainy weather. As one would expect, the facilities are old, and it is time to have a limbation in the bathrooms and furniture. In particular, the power supply and electricity are in desperate need of renovation, and the hair dryer in the bathroom is no longer available. I suppose it is a safety measure due to age-related deterioration, but all the areas in the room where power outlets would have been located were covered with a lid, and only one outlet was available, the one at the desk. The only available outlet was the one on the desk. It was inconvenient to have only one outlet in a twin room, and we had to take turns even charging our phones. It would be more comfortable if only one outlet was provided instead of unnecessary bedside lighting. Wi-Fi is available, but the speed is slow, and I was finally able to get comfortable using a device that converts wired LAN to wireless LAN, which I always have in my travel set. The sound insulation is excellent, and even though we were right next to a high-speed train, it did not bother us at night.
