My family and I stayed here for our anniversary. We had a very pleasant stay with our small child and were meticulously cared for. We had room service for breakfast because our child was not yet able to eat from the restaurant menu, which is very helpful for our family because there are not many hotels that offer this option from the beginning. We rented a humidifier the last time we stayed here, but the room was still so dry that my wife got a sore throat, so we brought our own Zojirushi humidifier and used two humidifiers. This was just enough. The view from the window was beautiful, but the humidification caused condensation. I was planning to take my child on a boat ride, but the Sea Bus was not available from Yamashita Park during this time, so I would like to stay again for that next time.

We stayed in a deluxe twin room on the upper floor of the tower building. The view is outstanding, with Yamashita Park, Hikawa Maru, and the Bay Bridge directly in front of you. Breakfast was a Western set menu. The main menu consisted of egg dishes, and the breakfast was a good amount and tasted good rather than a hearty meal for a man. The service of the hotel staff was also very good. I would like to repeat this hotel again.

I stayed in a deluxe twin room in the main building. The bathroom was a unit bath, but it was separated from the toilet, so I didn't feel it was that small. The staff were all smiling and very nice. As expected of a long-established hotel! Smiles are important! The facilities in the hotel are old and tired, so it can't be helped that they are tired and have some stains. You should enjoy that. Also, the walls are probably thin. When I went out to the elevator hall, I could hear the voices of the guests in the room in front of me. Maybe they were talking loudly? The lobby on the second floor of the main building was so photogenic that I took a lot of pictures. It was fun.

I would like to stay for a few days next time, as it is in front of Yamashita Park, close to Chinatown, the pier, the station, and everything else. I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Kenmin Hall and I am very satisfied. We were able to use the Kenmin Discount and it was a great find. I strongly thought that next time I would like to come here with my friends.

The area around the hotel has changed so drastically, but even in the face of the Corona disaster, the New Grand still retains its dignity. It is a relief to come back after eating and drinking in such a chaotic place.

The room, funiture, capert in my room was very worn/old. The hotel itself is a good location for sight seeing in Yokohama. The limo bus from Narita is only once every 2 hours. No limo bus service back to Narita from this hotel. A decent priced hotel.

何度か利用していますが、いつも安心して泊まれます。朝食のお料理の種類が前より増えたのかな？海側のテーブルに案内していただき、ゆったりと朝食をいただけました。

１２階の部屋だったので景色は良かった。誕生日の宿泊だったのに予約したままの部屋でリニューアール客室などにはしてもらえずサービスが悪い。トイレが冷たい。歯ブラシが質が悪い。バイキング朝食について、高額なのに種類が少ないし、味もおいしいと思えない。オムレツはおいしくなかった。自分で作った方がよほどおいしくできた。夕食にザカフェでハンバーグとナポリタンのセットを食べたが見た目だけでおいしくなく、以前も食べたのに記憶に残っていない程度。それで２名で割り引きもしてもらえず８千円を超えて高すぎる。もう再利用はしないと思う、残念でした。

予想通り不満のほとんどないクオリティでした。敢えて言えば朝食（たん熊北店）が普通すぎたことでしょうか。もう少し驚きがあるとよかったのですが。

年末に家族旅行で利用しました ２部屋のうち一部屋は 風呂の排水が出来ず、洗った後にお湯を張りたかったのに２０分たってもなくなりません。 部屋の匂いもカビ臭い。多分、排水に問題があるのではないかと思います 一端の値段取るなら違う部屋に案内するべき。 その神経が分かりません 立地は良いのでまた利用したい です 改善策考えて欲しい

本館の宿泊は初めてでしたが落ち着いた雰囲気で心からリフレッシュできました。シャワーの持ち手にオンオフスイッチがあり、シャワーフック自体の角度が変えられる為とても使いやすかったです。

山下公園に 面していて 中華街も 近く 交通の便が良い、朝食は お部屋で フレンチトースト、パン、バターも 美味しく、グレードの高い 朝食でゆったりして 過ごせました。 女性 ４名で コネクティングルームなのも 良かったです。

The location is very convenient, close to Chinatown, and the staff is wonderfully attentive and smiling, and the hotel's grandeur and prestige are stunning and made for a very nice trip. The view from our room was also wonderful, thank you very much.
