    Exceptional”

    A charming old ryokan with an indoor and outdoor onsen. Conveniently located 5 minutes walk to the gozaisho ropeway. You can defnititely feel the old and traditional Japanese vibe on this place. You are expected to arrive for dinner on your Kimono and foo

    コロナのせいで二カ月ぶりの温泉旅行”

    二カ月ぶりの温泉旅行なので温泉を楽しみにしていました。 露天風呂は小さいながらゆったりとできました。 夕朝食共美味しく頂きました。 又、利用させて頂きたいのですが喫煙ルームが無くなるとの事、残念でした。

    スタッフの笑顔がいい”

    一番印象に残ってるのが若いスタッフの応対が 気持ちいい気分になりました。 笑顔の素敵なスタッフばかりで素晴らしいです。 露天風呂は、大自然の中にあるので足の悪い母には 大変だったと思いますが喜んでました。

    料理を改善してほしい”

    　初めて彩向陽に正月二泊しましたが料理が二泊ともほとんど同じ内容にくわえ前菜までも同じものがが出て残念でした。同じ既製品の前菜を２日も食べたくありません。料理方法にしても変えて欲しい。少し手抜き感がある。

    なばなの里イルミネーション鑑賞の念願かなう”

    なばなの里のイルミネーションを見て２０時からの夕食プランと、るるぶクーポンを見つけての自家用車での旅行でした。当日は雪が降り始め、ホテルから何度も電話をいただき、麓の道の駅まで迎えに来てもらい非常に助かました。帰りの道路状況からして送迎してもらい正解でした。障がい者の兄と車イスの母との家族旅行で、車イスについては誘導や部屋まで介助いただき有難かったです。感謝の思いを記入したアンケートは、部屋に置き忘れたとフロントで伝えましたが、カバンの中にあったので投稿させていただきました。露天風呂は朝に入り、料理も美味しく、ホテルの窓や車窓から雪渓も楽しめ、色々と配慮いただいた結果の気持ちの良い旅になったと思います。ありがとうございました。
