    地點於御在所岳纜車旁邊, 方便上山。惟前往酒店的三重巴士於當地六點前已停駛, 遲去的顧客需要坐的士前往, 十分不方便。

    服務一流，每個環節都做得很好 地方雖然不是很華麗，但十分舒適 客房很舒適，也夠大 晚餐在客房內享用，有專人serve,十分美味，十分特別份量有點大多，吃不消 露天風呂景致一流，令人難忘 職員十分有禮貌，也十分用心及貼心 有shuttle bus來回車站，十分方便

    酒店工作人員很熱情, 服務十分好, 露天風呂景觀好靚, 房間大而清潔, 遺憾是沒有WIFI 提供, 隔離御在所登山纜車站很近，個室懷石料理既豐富又美味, 下次有機會定必會再次入住，感謝給我們過一個難忘的聖誕！

    매우 만족 스럽습니다. 객실도 넓고 깨끗한 편, 서비스도 엄청나게 친절하며 식사 주시는 아주머니도 영어도 훌륭하신 편이고 위치도 너무 산 꼭대기가 아니라 저절한데 위치하며, 식사는 거의 4번에 일본여행중 최고입니다 안 짜고 맛있어요, 온천은 생각 보다 저렴해서 또오고 싶습니다, 다른데는 너무 비쌉니다. 이동이 좀 불편하지만 그래도 송영 버스도 운영하니까 잘 다녀 온편.입니다.

    전철 유노야마 온천역에서 송영버스로 이동해줬기에 위치나, 이동은 걱정안해도 됩니다. 식사도 좋코, 또한 서비스 역시 일본답게 1등입니다. 온천시설도 나름 만족하였음 이번이 두번째 방문입니다. 또한 로푸웨이를 조금 싼가격에 호텔에서 구입도 가능하니 참고하세요 전반적으로 너무 만족합니다. 재방문의사 있습니다.
