せめて　旅先の　宿という　気分に　なりたかった”

湯職　朝職とも　山梨に泊まったと　言う　演出は　まるでなし宿泊料金から　食材仕入れを　想像しても　首をかしげるようだった家族で子供連れも　数組いたが　大浴場も暗く　露天風呂も　真っ暗よく　事故が起きないものだと　心配になった節約も　お客に頼るのではなく　企業努力で　解決すべきところが　あるように思えた

家族旅行”

ＧＷに家族９人でお世話になりました。従業員の方々の挨拶に癒やされ、長旅の疲れもとれました。また、食事の際もご飯のおかわりやお茶・水のおかわり等気を遣っていただきました。また、ご飯も美味しくおかずの量も多かったので帰ってから体重計に乗ることが恐怖でした。家族みんな満足して帰路につけたことは旅館の方々のおかげです。また、山梨に伺う際はまたお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。

全てがちょうど良い”

お部屋、踏み込み、洗面所が広く居心地が良い。建物の作りが良いのか泊まり合わせたお客さんが良かったのか、物音がなく非常に静かで快適に過ごせた。男女の浴衣も色・柄がよく、洗面道具・手ぬぐいを入れるビニールの袋も持ち手がついているので使い勝手が良かった。お風呂も２４時間利用が出来てのんびり入れた。フロントでチェックインの際にエレベータの場所は教えてくれるが、部屋への案内係はおらず、食事処以外で従業員を見かける事はなかったが全く不便はなく気楽に過ごせた。枕だけはぺっちゃんこでＮＧだが、是非また利用したい。
