    We had the pleasure of staying at Chikurin Garden Mizuho. When I called to ask a few questions about the facilities before making a reservation, I was assured that I would have a wonderful trip because of the accurate replies and the soft, sincere tone of voice. The lacquered room bath is spacious enough and the Japanese garden peeking through the window is soothing. We used both the open-air bath in Mizuho and the large bath in Kikori. The alkaline simple spring water was the right temperature and very comfortable. Moreover, it was nice to be able to relax both in the evening and in the morning without being crowded. It was a trip to visit wineries to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had a wonderful time with a very nice waitress. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

    お風呂は最高”

    今回二度目の利用ですが露天風呂は最高です。また、お部屋もグレードアップして頂き有難うございました。甲州市在住の息子に孫が生まれましたので、これからも行く機会が多くなりますが「きこり」を利用したいと思います。

    露天風呂は最高”

    部屋はグレードアップして頂いた様でありがとうございました。 内風呂は少々ぬるく残念でしたが、露天は最高でした。 閑静で寛げありがとうございました。 また、寄らせて頂きます。

    大型ホテルや大型旅館とは違う”

    子供のスキー教室の為に宿泊しました。 ２月の連休で満室状態で来客数もかなり多かったはずなのに、館内でも浴場でも、他のお客とほとんど干渉しなかったです。 サービスや気遣いも大型ホテルや大型旅館とは違い、スタッフも多く気配りが素晴らしい宿です。 申し込んだプラン以上の心配りをしてくれる宿です。 大変お世話になりました。

    山梨を満喫”

    旅館に着いたらお抹茶とお菓子を出して いだだきました。とても美味しかったです。 部屋もお風呂も食事も大満足です。
