It was the first Nakagawa hot spring without crossing the prefectural border under the emergency declaration. It is not the kind of poor hot spring that stops by after camping or mountain climbing, but a long-established high-class ryokan style. There is an open-air bath, three family baths, a hot spring pool (not used), and the bath was an extremely excellent hot spring. It has the feel of a hidden hot spring.

窓からの景色がとても良いです。きれいな渓流が見え、その日は山の中の鹿を見ることもできました。大浴場の片方の露天が浅すぎて入りにくいですし、日帰り客のせいかわかりませんが、露天の湯が少し濁っていました。 内湯はゆったりとたっぷりのお湯で気持ちよっかたです。 夜部屋に用意してくれたポットの水が常温でした。冷水にしてほしいです。

温泉はよい。貸切風呂はゆったり眺めもよく無料なのが非常に良い。食事は梅にしたが我々老人にはちょうど良い。若い人は絶対足りない。竹か松にすべし。食事処の仲居さんの気配りは非常に良い。夕食後階段まで見送ってくれたのは生まれて初めて。この仲居さんのおかげで再訪意欲がわく。料理は一度に並べられている。会席風に一品づつ出てくる方が絶対よい。千円値上げしてもそうすべき。建物は新築時は相当綺麗であったと思えるが老朽化を感じる。館内設備（塗装等）修理が必要。部屋のドアの塗装が剥げているのはテンションが下がる。絶対補修すべし。部屋からの眺めは清流が見えてよいが、大雨後で川の水量が多く、うるさくて眠れなかった。晴天続きの時に泊まるべし。

“Onsen and feast”
I liked the fresh green satoyama viewed from the large bathhouse's sleeping bath. The private baths are also good. I wanted to come back to take an open-air bath once the blindfold for riverbank construction was removed. The dinner and breakfast were very good. Going up and down the old stairs was a little difficult.
