“山形県が大好きになりました！”
今回、初めての東北旅行でした。２泊させて頂きましたが、全ての従業員さんの気配り心配り・笑顔・迅速で丁寧な対応・挨拶など全てが素晴らしかったです（それでいて、気さくな感じも良かったです）。手の込んだお料理が大変美味しかったはもちろん、夕食だけでなく朝食も器などの演出（？）もとても美しく、「確かに和食は世界遺産だなぁ」と痛感いたしました。源泉かけ流しの（ちょっと熱めの）温泉も大変気持ちが良く、贅沢な気分を味わえました。館内全体がセンスも良く綺麗である上に、しっかりとお掃除も行き届いていましたし、随所に生花を活けてあったりと、とても優雅な気分になりました。子ども達は既に「わかまつやさんロス」になっております（笑）。また、必ず再訪問させて頂きたいと思います！

“気持ちよく滞在できました”
部屋、館内設備、サービスともに満足です。食事の時間になると連絡をいただいたり、スタッフの接客も丁寧で気持ちよく滞在できました。ただ、フロント脇に用意されていたコーヒーなどの飲み物、ヨーグルト、果物が朝食会場にあれば、もっとゆっくり朝食が楽しめたかなと思います。また、機会があれば利用させていただきます。

“温泉サイコー”
蔵王温泉はとても温まります。さすが東北の温泉です。ホテル近くの公衆浴場も、おすすめです。夕食も朝食もなかなか都会では食べられないものを考えて出されていました。
