    Very normal?”

    This was my first stay at this hotel because of the title, but it was just average and not very appealing. The worst part was that I could hear the door (pulling and closing) from the room next door and all the talking. The front desk was a bit cold at check-in and check-out. I thought they didn't show any gratitude to us.　 What is the attraction of the food?　Hot springs?　It was raining on the way back, but the staff lent us an umbrella and helped us get into the car with an umbrella for our waiting family.

    かみのやま温泉”

    今回二度目となりますが、温泉に食事と最高でした。 また、来たいと思います！

    楽しめました”

    滞在時間の長いプランだったので温泉や館内を堪能出来ました。部屋はこちらの希望を叶えて貰い眺めの良い上層階にして頂き有難かったです。夕食はお腹いっぱいのために手打ちそばと牛丼は食べれず残念でした。スタッフの皆さんも明るくて気持ちよく過ごせました。
