We were met at the terminal by a hotel ambassador and the hotel car. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location with beautiful views, directly across from one of the main slopes, ticket purchase facilities, gondola and chairlift, convenience stores

とにかく、スタッフの方々がすばらしい。どの方も丁寧で気持ちのいい対応でした。次回も是非宿泊したいです。玉こんにゃくが美味しくてハマってしまいました

今回の目的は、蔵王の樹氷を観たことがなかったので、夜のライトクルーザー号に乗って樹氷を観ることが目的でしたが、残念ながら昨日の雨で樹氷は、全て落ちて樹氷は無くなっていました。 朝食は大変満足でした、夕食時の接客が大変良く気持ち良く大満足でした。お風呂が露天風呂もあれば尚良かったと思います。総じて満足下１泊でした。

“Year-end and New Year family skiing”
I usually stay at Jyurin of the same Takamiya group. First of all, I was impressed that the parking lot is underground (on the 1st floor in our hotel). Moreover, there are ev charging facilities, which was double lucky for me who went there by phev. I was mostly satisfied with the facilities in the hotel. Although there was some age-related deterioration, it was a solid building and easy to use. The bath is a large, modern-style bathhouse, but the water is slightly lukewarm and the right temperature for a relaxing soak. The quality of the hot spring water is good. The meals are almost the same hot pot series in the Takamiya group, so they are just okay. However, the children's meals are worth considering. It would have been nice if the food could have been prepared with a little more nutritional balance in mind. Customer service was courteous and the staff was helpful in many ways. The Yokokura slope is right across the street, so access is good, although not as good as the tree line. The ski drying room is also easy to use and dries well as it is of the locker type. Overall, I would like to return to this hotel.
