The location is good, right in front of Yamagata Station, and the service and attentiveness of the staff was good and attentive. The entire hotel was clean and the quality of the rooms was satisfactory for the price. The water pressure in the shower was good, as is typical of local hotels, and I had a hard time washing my head because the water pressure was so low. I have no complaints about this hotel.

The new security was very good and the staff was very nice. The drink service was good, not only coffee but also juice. The facilities are new and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and I would stay there again. I would stay there again.

After all, it is a Richmond Hotel. Everything is good. Among them, the towels are fluffy. I would like to stay there all the time, but the price is too expensive, so I treat myself.
