The total experience is as good as it gets. The building, facilities, cleanliness, customer service, etc. The food was the best of the three other hotels we stayed at on this trip. However, I had the impression that it was not very good for one person. It would have been perfect without that.

I was concerned about the difference in the steps at the entrance to the room. Elderly people need to be a little careful. There were no hand wash basins or towels in the toilets, so please consider the need to wash hands in the washroom after using the toilet. The toilet was clogged and the water flow was bad. The large bathroom had a nice view and was fairly satisfactory, but I wish they had at least a hair tonic for men. (I wonder if it was prepared from a woman's point of view.)

The room was a little old as we had a single room, but it was clean. The dinner was delicious, and most importantly, the staff (all of them) were very friendly and helpful. Even the younger staff are solid. The high rating was understandable. I would stay there again.
