This time, I made a reservation on the web, but I mistakenly reserved a smoking room. I simply said, "Oh, I made a mistake." They immediately changed it to a non-smoking room. Thanks to you, I was able to spend a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you very much. I would like to use your hotel again next time.

前回良かったので今回も引き続き宿泊をしました。駅前の立地でお値段がリーズナブル、そして天然ではないけど温泉がある事、朝ご飯が美味しいこと、がリピートの決め手です。またフロントの皆様も笑顔を絶やさずきめ細やかな対応を頂きまして感謝申し上げます。次回もまたこちらを予約するつもりです。

駅近で大浴場があるビジネスホテルです。晩秋の食後にあったまるお風呂は最高です。加湿付き空気清浄機があって、その点もよかったです。

新しくてとても清潔快適です。１１月連休中も適正な料金でありがたいです。他のチェーンは無謀に高い中、良心的だと思います。（リピートの理由）

部屋や館内設備はいたって普通と感じましたが、フロントや食堂の方々の対応が丁寧で気持ちよく滞在できました。大浴場のある１４階にアルコール自販機があればいいのですが・・・（すぐビールが飲める！）。

よくルートインホテルを利用するのですが、地方に行くとその土地の食材を使った郷土料理を１品あると思っていたのですが、ここのルートインは、ファミレスのような朝食でした。 皆さん出る時間が一緒なのかすごく混んでいたのも仕方ないのですが残念でした。食堂のスタッフの方は、声掛けなどとても感じがよかったので救われました。

るるぶのサイトでは、禁煙ルームが確保できるようになっていましたが、その前にルートインのホームページでは禁煙ルームがない状態でした。ホテル専用ページでの予約の方が良いのに予約ができなくて残念だった

ルートイン、いつも利用していますがトイレのウォシュレットが使えないなんて事は初めて！ さらに朝食、最低だと思います。 ８時にいきましたが残り物しかない印象が強く残念です。早い者勝ちなら、最初からそう伝えるべきでは！

山形駅前で最上階に大横上完備、おすすめです。 室内装の加湿空気清浄機が機能不足のためか、湿度の改善が見られず、残念。

寒い雨の中、駅からすぐで解りやすくて良かった。それにすぐ近くに大きなスーパーもあって、便利。部屋や館内風呂は清潔で、快適でした。２食付のプランで、夕食はおおざっぱな感じで満足にいたらなかったが朝食は、ＯＫでした。

ビジネスホテルですがちょっとした大浴場が最上階にありゆっくりできました 冬の始まりのような寒さでしたので温まれて良かったです 朝食は６時半で混み合っていましたが平日だったためか席がないということはなかったです 駅からもすぐで隣には２４時間のスーパーもあり便利でした
