“仲居さんがんばれ”
急に思い立って家内とお邪魔しました。部屋はベット付きの和室で綺麗に清掃もされており、広さもちょうど良かったです。食事も朝夕とも部屋食で時間と周りを気にすることなく取ることができました。量や品数もちょうど良く、ご飯が美味しかったのは高評価ですね。お風呂は内湯と屋上の貸切露天を利用。当日団体さんが入っていたのか内湯はちょっとイモ洗い状態になったのは残念でした。屋上の露天も天気が良ければ綺麗な星空を堪能しながらゆっくりできますね。今回一番良かったのは研修中という仲居さん。タイから来たという彼女。学生の時から勉強していたという日本語はとても堪能で、配膳時の受け答えも常に笑顔を絶やさないようにしてました。ぜひこれからも頑張って続けていってほしいものですね。また合えることを楽しみにしています。

“有馬館スタッフの皆さんに感謝”
到着しチェックインの時に「禁煙部屋に変更は出来ないでしょうか。」とお願いしたところ、直ぐに対応して部屋の空き状況を確認、そして部屋の準備をして頂きその部屋に案内して頂きました。当日のことにも関わらず、素早く対応をして、待ち時間もそれほど無く準備して頂いたことにとても感謝しています。有馬館スタッフの皆さんが、お客様本位に向かう心意気が感じられた気持ちです。ありがとうございました。

“低価格で充実感あり”
この価格で、館内の施設、従業員のサービス、風呂貸し切り付は申し分ない。出発の際、見送りをしてくれたこともうれしかった。朝食の部屋だしと布団上げのタイミングがよくわからなかった。有料化しきり風呂を朝も利用できればよかった。
