A short 2-block, leisurely walk from the train station. Very convenient hotel. Easy to get to the train station, there is a Seico convenience store at the station, Wakkanai Park is a short hike up the slopes near the hotel. The hotel serves free soba 9:

The hotel is very convenient to the JR Wakkanai Station, easily within walking distance. Staff was very courteous and understand english. Room was roomy for Japanese standards; the bed wasn't pushed up against a wall. The only down side was that the pub

“It was tourist season.”
It was June and we stayed one night on our way back from a flower trek on Rebun Island. I'm glad I booked early. You had a full house. We checked in after leaving our luggage and sightseeing and our luggage was in our room. Thank you very much. The bath was spacious and had a sauna. It was like a hot spring ryokan. We walked around Wakkanai city and took a sightseeing bus to Cape Soya. I had octopus shabu-shabu and was satisfied with the trip. It was a good hotel for sightseeing!
