In principle, guests with tattoos will be refused entry into the large public baths. Entry will only be permitted if a waterproof bandage measuring 8 cm x 13 cm in size can be used to cover up the tattoo/s. Waterproof bandages are available at the front counter, so please let us know at the time.

Convenient location, great onsen baths, laundry facilities and friendly staff with a little English. Double room was comfortable and of average Japanese size with a good bed and great shower. Twin room was more spacious with a bath and even better shower.

We planed initially to stay only one night but we extended our stay as it was very nice. Clean and beautiful rooms in a modern japanese style. Comfortable bed. The onsen was a great plus, as was the cheap laundry service. We definitely recommend to stay

Best hotel which we have visited in Wakayama. The staffs are very friendly and willing to help the tourists even they can’t speak fluent English. Onsen is the as same as other famous ryokans but only the size.

酒店位置非常近JR和歌山站。步行約5分鐘。房間大小足夠2人使用。廁所及浴室較細。房內設有wifi。晚上9至11時提供免費宵夜。服務員質素很高，因為我泊的車在翌日無法啟動，職員立即替我致電緊急服務，令我可繼續行程。
