There are many good points...”

The price of the plan with breakfast was 4,000 yen with the National Travel Support. The price was 3,000 yen worth of local coupons, so I was able to use the plan for a very reasonable price. The plan description emphasized "onsen tamago (hot spring eggs)," so I was expecting a simple breakfast with egg as the main dish, but the appetizer, grilled dish, and hot pot were more than sufficient and delicious. However, what is still disappointing is that the hot spring baths are not available until 10 p.m. at night and the morning baths are not available. The open-air bath, sauna, and the quality of the spring water were of good quality, which made it even more disappointing. Well, I guess there are labor costs and policies, but...if the bathing time system is improved, it will lead to repeat customers and users of choice, won't it? I feel it is a waste of time, as it seems to be a hotel with a long history in Kimiidera.

紀三井寺駅近くの日帰り温泉ホテル”

和歌山市内のホテルが割高になっていてＪＲ和歌山駅から２つ目の紀三井寺駅前のこのホテルが割安だったので泊まりました。紀三井寺駅から徒歩５分、国道沿いなので車利用客にも便利です。部屋は広めのビジネスホテル、日帰り温泉併設なので便利です。ただ日帰り温泉は２２時までで朝営業はないので時間は限定されます。日帰り温泉施設に定番の食事処がなく、休憩場所も狭く、食事をする場合は１９時までに事前予約して定食を頼むスタイルとなります。団体客向けには食事、宴会の対応をしてくれ、人気のようです。近くにコンビニ、食事処はあるので個人で食事なしで泊まって不便はありません。

ゆったりほっこり”

古い建物ですが、室内には必要な備品やアメニティが揃っていました。スリッパで渡り廊下を歩いて温泉に行けます。小さいながらも半露天、サウナもありました。温泉は地元の人たちの利用もありますが、騒ぐような子どもさんもいなかったのでゆっくりできました。フロントの方の対応もソフトでほっこり。癒されました。都会育ちの若い女性には、照明の暗さや古い建物特有の匂いが気になるかもしれません。でも、昭和生まれには懐かしく穏やかに過ごせるホテルでした。

年末でこの値段だから納得しないといけないかな”

翌日に紀三井寺に参拝するために宿泊。温泉が朝には入れないのは残念。従業員が少ないからなのかな？部屋の廊下から他の部屋からの声が駄々洩れ。部屋の中でも両サイドの部屋の声や音がバリバリ聞こえる。壁が薄いのか？洗面台はひびが入っていて、水垢も付いたまま。コップが紙コップというのもビックリ。食事は特に説明もしてくれず、ありきたりのメニュー。飲み物を進められたがメニュー表はなく、口頭で言われるだけ。焼酎を頼んだが代金も言ってくれず。チェックアウトの時に初めて代金を知った。食事会場の前にいる従業員に声をかけてくれとチェックイン時に言われたが、夜も朝も従業員がいない。かなり残念な思い。
