The building feels dilapidated. Also, there were fewer towels than usual.

Excellent”
We enjoy a lot with the view from our room, it was in front of the castle. Our room was very big compare with the normal room in Japan. We use Wakayama as base to travel to Koyasan and Kumano but overall because we wanted to live the experience of Awa Odor

Exceptional”
The view from our room was beautiful - it was Wakayama Castle. The room was quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. There were restaurants on the lower floors (part of a shopping mall) which was very convenient. Parking was 1,000 yen for a 24-hour period and

目の前に和歌山城”
とてもきれいなホテルで、朝食も当地の料理が出ていて、とてもおいしかったです。朝食会場から和歌山城が見えます。 和歌山駅からは遠いですが、とても満足しました。
