I booked an overnight stay plan that included Utsunomiya Yaki Gyoza flavored potato chips as a souvenir. When we checked in, we were given two boxes of potato chips, eight bags in total, with an expiration date of June, four days after check-in. I told my friend that the expiration date was near, so that the hotel reception staff would hear, but they ignored my friend's comment. I don't mind if we eat them ourselves, but there are 8 bags and I can't give the rest of them as souvenirs even if I receive them with an imminent expiration date. We were a little disappointed because we had stayed at this hotel many times and had a good impression of it.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with many places to eat and drink nearby. You can also walk to Futaarasan Shrine and Kurukesse. The room was a little small because we had a sofa bed in a twin room, but that was enough for a cheap stay. The washbasin and bath were spacious and I could stretch out my legs. Mineral water and strawberry tea were available.

“Great location!”
Thank you for your hospitality. This time we stayed at the hotel because we were going to eat and drink in Izumi-cho. Even after drinking alcohol, we were able to enjoy a delicious drink with peace of mind because the hotel was located close to the restaurant. We look forward to the next time we have the opportunity to stay with you.
