    自駕來很方便，交流道下後十分鐘即可到，也有免費停車場。 風呂方面很好，很舒適部會很擁擠，而且開放時間很長，可以很盡興地享受。 語言方面不用擔心，有中文的服務。 雖然是吸菸房，但房間內殘留煙味並不嚴重。

    客人要自己搬行李找房間，指引不足，接待員不懂外語，溝通困難，房間清潔度欠佳，房內植物鋪滿塵埃，有欠衛生，座廁用作便後清潔的噴水位壞了也沒修理

    It's good with all facilities provided which is suitable for all age range. I appreciate both of it's dinner and breakfast also providing personnel fire for BBQ. The Beef in the Dinner and Fish in the breakfast are also delicious.

    다다미침대객실(노천탕)에 묵었습니다. 꺠끗합니다. 저녁뷔페때, 직원들이 공연을 하며 노래를 불러주는데, 좀 시끄럽다 생각할 수 있지만, 그래도 최선을 다하는 직원들의 모습이 아름다웠습니다. 휴양목적으로 갔는데, 명성그대로 호텔자체가 만족스럽습니다.

    전체적인 분위기와 서비스는 만족합니다. 특히 온천은 최고인듯~ 하지만 방에서 나는 냄새가 심했습니다. 다다미방냄새라고 하기엔 좀 그런 냄새...... 그래도 다시 방문의사있습니다. 온천과 나머지 시설이용이나 공항에서도 그리 멀지 않았던거 같고 거리도 이동하기 편했습니다.

    공항에서 우레시노 ic가는 버스가 20분이나 늦게 도착해서 송영을 늦춰달라는 메일을 보냈는데 메일 확인후 연락도 없고 데리러 오지도 않았어요..첫인상은 망쳤는데 그 외는 다 괜찮았어요..예약을 잘못해서 흡연실로 했는데 만실이라서 방은 바꿔 줄수 없고 냄새 제거 해준다고 하더니 흡연실 라인의 첫 방을 배정해 줘서 담배 냄새 맡으며 방으로 가는 수고는 덜었고 냄새 제거를 잘해주셔서 흡연실인지도 모를 정도였어요..온천도 좋았고 식사도 정말 맛있었구요..말이 안

    已多次入住这家酒店，就是喜欢😘云仙东洋馆和嬉野馆的巴士送迎（需预约）太便利了！尤其喜欢这里的温泉、娱乐设施等。喜欢嬉野温泉，来嬉野就住这家。

    喜欢这家温泉度假村，员工热情有礼，服务周到。房间宽敞舒适，温泉好舒服，泡完后皮肤滑溜溜好赞👍自助早晚餐品种多样，尤其晚餐时气氛非常棒，有员工表演，给大家带来了快乐🎉
