      “The room facilities...”

      We had two people stay with us. The halls, stores, etc. were clean, but the rooms in the tower building were showing their age. The refrigerator in particular was very old and had water in it. I wish they would spend a little more money on the rooms, which are the place to relax.

      We hv been to many ryokans in japan. Many are intimate, cosy, more accessible; and for the price, we’ve have had some superbly delicious ryokan meals. However none of the above applies to Wataya Besso as this ryokan feels like a basic family hotel in servi

      The kaiseki course dishes are less competitive than other ryokans nearby. Furthermore, the clerks are not good at speaking English and their service was not that good compared to other ryokans I have stayed.

      the hotel onsen not attractive , the hotel quite large so have group tour to stay especially the breakfast so crowdy like a canteen .the shop inside is good for shopping .location quite convenience , have big supermarket and drug store not far
