We hv been to many ryokans in japan. Many are intimate, cosy, more accessible; and for the price, we’ve have had some superbly delicious ryokan meals. However none of the above applies to Wataya Besso as this ryokan feels like a basic family hotel in servi

The kaiseki course dishes are less competitive than other ryokans nearby. Furthermore, the clerks are not good at speaking English and their service was not that good compared to other ryokans I have stayed.

the hotel onsen not attractive , the hotel quite large so have group tour to stay especially the breakfast so crowdy like a canteen .the shop inside is good for shopping .location quite convenience , have big supermarket and drug store not far

Very good service, Good Dinner/Breakfast. Although far from JR bus station, but provide car pick up. Room is clean and comfortable futon. Variety Hot springs. But too many stairs. Not quite easy for Old people.

地點好，附近有超級市場， - 普通日式房間真有點舊，價錢有點貴，要有私人溫泉在房間內的，才是舒服整潔。 - 酒店職員不太懂英文，難以溝通。 - 私人溫泉只得兩個，每次1 小時，酒店實在很大，有很多住客，我們好早去check in 也預約不到。

Good Place, I will surely recommend to go, it is a surprise that the scenery is so beautiful and the hotel is so romantic, we arrive around 5pm and see the sunset with the lantern lighted along the riverside

房間裝修較舊，從尢堂到房間不大方便。入住時員工稱風呂已包括在房租內，但離開時卻每人加了150日元風呂，不知是何原因。

1. 객실: 객실이 예상보다 넓어서 좋았고 난방상태도 좋았습니다. 청소상태 좋고, 화장실/욕실 모두 좋았습니다. 침구류도 깔끔했고 특별히 문제 될 것은 없었습니다. 2. 서비스: 한국어가 가능한 직원이 있어서 체크인아웃/시설이용관련 설명, 안내 등 모두 쉽고 빠르게 잘 되었습니다. 3. 위치: 위치는 메인?이 되는 거리에서 다소 떨어져있어 편의점 혹은 상점이 조금 떨어져 있었지만 동네 자체가 크지 않아서 크게 문제될 것은 없었습니다.

객실과 대욕장이 상당히 노후되어있어 실망했지만 카이세끼요리 조식이 너무 잘나오고 온천도 사람이 많이없어 전세탕쓰는 기분이여서 좋았어요. 온천하고 산책하며 구경할거리도 많아 만족스러웠어요. 길만건너면 바로 큰 마트있고 큰드럭스토어도 5분거리에 있어요.

체크인 할때 룸 업그레이드를 했는데 돈 들인 보람이 있었어요. 너무~~좋았습니다. 온천물은 정말 최고였습니다. 어메니티도 다 사오고 싶을만큼 훌륭했어요~~

객실은.. 쾌쾌하고 담배 냄새가 너무 많이 났다. 엘리베이터를 내리자 마자 담배냄새가 났고, 그 냄새가 객실에도 들어와 쾌쾌하고 오래된 듯한 냄새가 방에서 나서 환기를 해도 해결이 거의 안되어 머리가 좀 아팠다. 식사는 나쁘지 않으나 식사의 순서가 바뀌거나 같이 나오면 좋을듯 하다. 서비스는 너무 좋았다. 방의 냄새 때문에 페브리츠를 요청했는데 바로 챙겨주고 서비스는 만족이다. 온천, 좋다. 깨끗하고 쾌적하고, 어디하나 흐트러짐 없이 좋았다. 로비나

일본의 많은 온천을 다녔지만 우레시노는 지척에 두고도 가지 못해 이번 기회에 처음으로 방문했다. 와타야벳소료칸이 패키지손님들이 많은 료칸인 줄 알았다면 다른 곳을 갈껄 하는 생각이 들었다. 대중온천탕의 질서도 패키지로 오신 분들로 인해 너무 복잡하고 질서가 없었다.
