The staff were professional and inspite they do not speak English well, they were sincere in their customer care. Both in the reception and dining table with clear explanation.

高齢の母が大浴場を使うのが難しくなったので、貸切温泉の使える清流を予約した。 部屋に露天風呂のある宿はあるけれど、手すりや入浴し易い環境かは別の話で寒い時期は却って内湯の方がありがたい。利用後は別の人の為に湯を変えてくれるのもオムツを使う赤ちゃんや老人は気兼ねなくてありがたいと思う。 食事は以前よりちょっとランクが下がったかな？とは思うものの、数日遅れのお正月をさせてやれてよかったと思う。 豊富な源泉を持つ大正屋系列の宿はやはり泊っていい宿だといつも思う。

清潔で随所に心遣いが見られるお宿です。食事も美味しく、朝食に温泉湯豆腐が出ます。なんと言っても、温泉の泉質は最高でお肌がすべすべになり、また行きたくなります。

“Excellent”
Lovely hotel with great service. Our dinner plan is Yakiniku All-you-can-eat, with good quality. There are van between 2 Taishoya Hotels to share some facilities (Dining room, onsen). Room is nice and clean with enough space for big bags. We drove the car
