Shikishima Japanese-Western rooms in the West Wing offer a relaxing atmosphere looking out on to a forest while stylishly designed East Wing rooms each have their own spacious open-air bath. Individually-designed reservable open-air baths set amongst nature are also recommended.

The hospitality is excellent.”
The hospitality of the staff was wonderful. I hadn't been anywhere for a long time because of the Corona disaster, so this was my first trip in several years and I was very happy. The pudding we received upon arrival was also very good. I would like to use this hotel again for our anniversary.

All in all, I am very satisfied!”
I enjoy traveling and have stayed at many different hotels, but Shikishima was the best of all. In addition to the hardware and of course the food, I must mention the wonderful hospitality of all the employees. This is a hotel that offers "heartfelt hospitality," and not just a superficial one. Unfortunately, my whole family could not make it this time, but next time we will definitely bring the whole family. Although we stayed only one night, we were able to fully experience your heartfelt hospitality. Thank you very much for your hospitality. Thank you very much.

初めて佐賀に旅行に行き、宿泊させてもらいました。部屋も料理もお風呂も接客も、すべて大満足です。心地よい一時を過ごせました。 一点だけ、風が強かったせいもあるのですが、寝室の窓の音が少し気になりました。が、天気はどうしようもないですよね。

温泉は最高でした”
お部屋もお部屋の露天風呂も気持ちよく利用でき大満足でした。ただチェックイン日に担当してくださった感じの良い中居さんが翌日はいなくて、最後にお礼も言えなかったり、男性従業員の方の冷たい態度が気になったり、朝食のアジの干物が出された時に冷めていて美味しくなかったりと、期待していた部分が大きすぎたのか、残念に思う点が少し多く感じました。サービス面に関しては当たりハズレがあるのかな？という印象です。
