      “Excellent”

      It is an old ryokan but rooms are clean, there is an elevator to the rooms and hot baths. Food was wonderful with individual portions. Hot baths were excellent, in good condition. It is situated at Unzen Nishi-iriguchi bus stop itself.

      “温泉と朝食が良かったです”

      硫黄泉なにに白濁してないのは新鮮なお湯が引かれているからとの説明に納得です。朝食も決して豪華ではないのですが給仕さんも親切で手作り感満載でした。最安値のプランでありながら、部屋も狭いながらも２部屋あり、いびき対策できました！

      “大晦日に宿泊”

      チェックイン時、夕食の時間を指定した直後、 『その時間は他のお客様が予定されてるので時間を変えて下さい。』と。。 はぁ？部屋食なのに？？スタッフさんが少ないからでしょうか？ 部屋への案内も笑顔一つなく、面倒臭い感が漂う始末。 館内・部屋共に暖房が効いてないと感じるほど寒かったです。 冗談抜きで手足がガタガタ震えたくらいです。 元旦の朝食はお雑煮は有りましたが汁物が無く残念でした。

      “食事がとても良かったです”

      食事は、とても良かったです。 お正月なのにリーズナブルでした。 露天風呂良かったんですが、脱衣場が寒く、トイレが和式で臭くちょっと残念です。 お部屋は広くて眺めも良く、部屋食で、豪華でとても美味しかったです＾＿＾。

      “お風呂が最高に良い！”

      従業員の方が皆さん優しく丁寧な対応でゆっくり過ごすことが出来ました。お風呂がとても気持ち良く、何度も入りました。 建物や施設は古いですが、ゆっくり家族旅行を楽しみました。
